- Silver – Susan Carter, Silver Chair, presented a very informative and interesting presentation on silver.

John Harrill has stepped down as Publicity Coordinator. The Club recognized him for his many years of service to the Club. Doug Williams will be the Publicity Coordinator.
- Membership Appreciation Luncheon – The luncheon will be Monday, February 17, Saguaro Room in Cottonwood right after the General Meeting. This is open to all our teachers, monitors and volunteers to thank them for their hard work this past year.
- Picnic – The picnic will be Saturday, March 28 at 11:30 a.m. at Sisk Park in Palo Verde. Sign up with Nancy Frayer for this event by the March meeting. The Club will again provide fried chicken as the entrée, water and some soft drinks. Attendees can bring an appetizer, salad, side dish or dessert. Flyers with details will be posted in all the shops.
NEW BUSINESS
- Audit Committee – Sandy Peterson and Karen Wollscheid have volunteered to audit the books and their report should be available at the March meeting.
- Art at the Lakes 2020, Saturday, March 7th – Anita Metzbower announced about the art fair around the Cottonwood lakes. There are several Club members who sell at this event. Flyers advertising the SLRGS Club will be available for member vendors to hand out to potential members.
- Arts and Crafts Show Sam Luse reminded the Club of the upcoming show on March 21 at Oakwood.

- New mini Rock & Gem Show tables (at the meetings); See Nancy Hibbard if you would like to participate in displaying and/or selling your crafts. She handles the monthly coordination of exhibitors.
- Field Trip Coordinator – The Club is still looking to fill this position. See me after the meeting if you have any interest or have additional questions about the position.
